The West Seattle Marijuana Store has been providing outstanding customer service in the legal cannabis industry since 2015.

Our foremost goal is to provide a professional, memorable customer service experience so that customers tell their friends to shop with us. We strive to give each customer the product that meets their needs at a price that fits their budget.

  • No quotas or high-pressure sales. Earn $21 an hour, with opportunities to be regularly reviewed for pay increases!
  • No previous cannabis industry experience is required!
  • Work a regular, fixed schedule that includes 3 ½ days off every week! Work three open to close shifts (not consecutive days) a week, plus a short shift for a guaranteed 40 hours. One of your shifts must be a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Get up to 72 hours a year of Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays.
  • Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance after probationary period.

Sales associates with a history of jobs that lasted 2 years or more will rise to the top of the list for consideration!

We’re located in the Top Hat neighborhood situated between West Seattle and Burien.

Wage Scale: $21 - $25

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
