Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to a team of clinical professionals. Your expertise in social work, case management, and clinical counseling will be essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of clinical professionals, including social workers, counselors, and therapists
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure adherence to best practices
- Review and evaluate client treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to coordinate care and services for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research in order to provide evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and support staff in managing complex cases
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols related to clinical services
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, case management, and clinical counseling techniques
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation standards for medical records
- Experience with clinical research methodologies and data analysis
- Expertise in various therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems therapy
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field required; LCSW or equivalent licensure preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical supervision or a related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical services
