- The Bartender is responsible for providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our Members and Guests in an expedited manner
- In addition to supporting all Club outlets, venues and fellow team members in delivering quality beverages and service, the Bartender maintains the bar, bar service areas and related storerooms in a neat, organized manner to Wonderer Standards
- Follow the proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and ensuring opening/closing duties to ensure bar readiness at all times.
- Must have a positive outlook and be willing to correct service errors with great personality and hospitality approach
- Previous bartending experience required
- A working knowledge of classic and call cocktails required
- Must be willing and able to create specialty cocktails to standard as set forth by The Wonderer
- Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the all Wonderer menu content is mandatory
- Acquire complete working knowledge of POS System
- Responsible for service of food in bar areas or bar top as designated by Wonderer Leadership
- Learn and know members names, and greet them promptly as such, in a pleasant manner making them feel at ease
- Follow all department, club and corporate guidelines and policies as instructed by supervisor and manuals
- Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working protocol
- Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience
- Attendance to all scheduled meetings is mandatory
- Wear a clean and neat uniform and appearance as set by Wonderer standards
- May be necessary to train on and perform other service related duties as deemed relevant to overall operation of the club. Duties could include inventory counts, cleaning, stocking, greeting, meetings, training, etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour
