Job Summary:

EMC Mechanical Services is searching for an experienced Project Sales Representative to join our team. The Project Sales Representative is responsible for direct-to-owner sales for Commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects. The Project Sales Representative must be able to work within a high-energy, high-paced office and field environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with a safety-first approach in everything we do.
• Networks to seek new customers for EMC Mechanical Services.
• Maintains relationships with our existing customer base to provide technical solutions.
• Collaborates with our Estimating Department as needed to provide pricing for larger projects.
• Actively engages in the Greater Richmond Area Market to advertise our brand as a Mechanical Contractor.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing experience is preferred.
• Journeyman or Master License is preferred, but not required.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness and aptitude to learn the technical aspects of the job and be hands-on with equipment surveys/inspections.
• High energy level, strong work ethic, can-do attitude, excellent time management skills, and highly effective interpersonal style.
• Capable of effectively managing your time using online sales tools to analyze sales activity, tracking, and general sales effectiveness.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, unassisted.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Salary : $45,600 - $57,700
