SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY
The Wound Pros is loooking for a superstar State Office Manager who will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This State Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. You should be able to liaison with Medicare and Clinicians and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
- 2 years healthcare industry experience or related industry
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Experience working with healthcare related technologies, data, and software(s)
- Excellent presentation skills In-Person & on Zoom Meetings
- Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration
- Experience in mobile technologies (Slack, email, AirCall, Push Notifications)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and planning skills
- Technical aptitude with ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Zendesk (CRM),
- Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
- Manage the Front Desk and Lobby Area.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
- Process incoming calls to the corporate telephone network.
- Assist Lab Technicians with administrative processing and documentation of wound samples received in the office.
- Interact with and respond to Medicare and Clinical personnel visiting the office
- Support the Executive Team when assigned/requested or as the need arises.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
COMPENSATION
- Total compensation potential of up to $55,000.00, plus tremendous opportunity for professional growth and advancement
WORK LOCATION
- Work Schedule- Monday- Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
