The Wow Factor is hiring a full time Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate works with our management team to provide quality care for shoppers, drives sales, and performs a variety of tasks related to customer support including actively engaging customers in conversations, troubleshooting and taking customer information during sales transactions. Principal Customer Service Duties:
1. Greet customers and engage them in conversations about available products
2. Answer all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
3. Follow all SOP’s and store guidelines
4. Help customers choose products and services
5. Increase sales by helping customers make a selection
6. Encourage customers to interact with marketing demonstrations
7. Process sales transactions
8. Work with other team members to ensure maximum productivity
9. Provide feedback to the management team
10. Ensure proper execution of in-store marketing program
11. Have fun while helping others!

Customer Service Associate Requirements:
Our Customer Service Associates must have great interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others. We are looking for candidates who want to grow with our team! Position requirements include the following:

  • Customer Service Associates must be computer literate, and capable of using our POS system after training
  • 2-3 years of recent technical customer service or sales experience
  • Must be comfortable working with our team of dedicated Sales Associates
  • Must be capable of standing during working hours
  • Tracks order exceptions and maintain as needed.
  • Seeking assistance with complex customer issues
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Field and send out send written business correspondence
  • Document all customer information per approved operating procedures
