Job Title: Floor Manager
Reports to: Owner
Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Salary: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm (40 hrs per week), Wednesday - Sunday
Duties: Manage daily shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the essence, breath, and brand that is The York.
Manage reservations, plot our table selections, maintain steady and consistent dining room flow in order to execute at a consistently high level.
Hiring, training, scheduling, coaching & developing Serving and Host staff
Work with Culinary and Beverage team to provide continued education and development to staff
Daily Cash and Sales Handling
Job Requirements: 3 years experience managing restaurants
Communicate effectively and clearly with both guests, staff, and ownership in professional and succinct manners.
Must be able to stand, walk, be on your feet for 8 hours at a time.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. (standard beer keg)
Bachelors preferred
