Job Description
The E-Commerce Site Merchandiser must be highly technical and detail oriented while assisting in the ongoing maintenance and upkeep or our E-Commerce platform. Responsibilities include maintaining the site catalog, and updating existing and adding new products. The primary focus of this role is to expand the product selection on the website and to drive sales by ensuring accuracy in the details including images, videos, descriptions, specs, cross-sales, categorization, and more.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in online merchandising or similar e-commerce experience preferred
- College Degree preferred, but not required
Job Duties
- Create new and update existing products on the E-commerce website
- Manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and site placement are accurate and meet brand standards
- Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure promotional readiness, inventory availability, etc.
- Conduct site audits for content accuracy
- Work with vendors to gather relevant product content
- Continuous product presentation improvements including descriptions, key features, photography, etc
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of product publication status
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of website CMS systems and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, employee coaching and development skills
- Hourly rate will be commensurate with skills and experience.
