Theochem is a leader in the manufacturing and packaging of institutional and retail cleaning products .
We are looking for an VP of Operations with Manufacturing experence who will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
- Supervising the Operations team.
- Analyzing data and formulating strategies for the company’s operational future.
- Directing and coordinating all operations.
- Ensuring that the company’s operational processes are as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
- Working with Human Resources to recruit, vet and onboard new employees for the Operations team.
- Evaluating the performance of existing Operations employees and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all phases of the organization’s operations.
- Providing regular reports for the senior leadership team.
- Plan, oversee and implement operations strategy.
- Develop and implement the budgets for multiple departments and projects.
- Analyze and improve business operations.
- Communicate project progress and any issues that arise with company leadership.
- Make recommendations and ensure the company’s allocation of resources align with business needs and goals.
