Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide production support to Los Angeles and Minneapolis studio locations.
- Interface with all levels of employees and will be provided exposure to many different aspects of production within ThePub and within the Publicis Groupe.
- Provide administrative support to production studios, including client/vendor POs, department expenses, job number creation, technology, finance and Resources liaison, and ability to create department estimates and invoices.
- Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.
- Manages daily requests within Production Departments.
- Interacts with other departments to ensure both agency & client needs are met.
- Assists in scheduling freelance talent and vendors for project work.
- Fosters relationships with outside production companies & vendors.
- Works with internal team & outside vendors to produce digital and social content.
- Oversees final billing of projects with our finance team.
- Partner with tech lead to maintain Digital Asset Management systems and media libraries.
Location & Commitments
- Full-time role, currently remote/WFH status.
- Assuming in-person/in office will resume as a hybrid approach to work week in Los Angeles
- Travel may be required for production needs.
- Overtime may be required to deliver on client projects and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements
- Entry level position
- An undergraduate degree in film/media is preferred.
- Dynamic, creative personality, effectively engaging idea to action
- Passionate, driven, proactive, curious and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Strong sense of priorities with the ability to manage multiple asks/tasks.
- Deep knowledge of video content production, evaluating idea(s) in approach, artists, costs, timing, production to final delivery.
