Duties
- Experience performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, routers and mobile devices
- Good understanding of computer systems, devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills

Experience
* Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
* 1-2 years’ experience using ticketing system software
- Experience performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
