Thermal Heating, Air and Plumbing is looking for an energetic, self-starter for the position of Commercial New Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Sales Team. This person is responsible for growing the company’s market share in commercial HVAC maintenance service agreements.

Who We Need

The Commercial New Business Development Representative’s objective will be to demonstrate Thermal’s value to potential customers and provide them with the right services and solutions for their business. This will be accomplished through prospecting, networking, using our proven sales process and tools and providing follow up necessary to close deals in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be self- disciplined, results driven and accustomed to winning sales through consistent high performance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, generating, and engaging potential clients.
  • Understanding clients’ HVAC needs in reference to preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Leadership of your client engagements along with the ability, skill, and desire to manage the entire sales cycle is critical.
  • Generate and deliver professional and impactful proposals that lead to new business.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales and/or related HVAC industry experience.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs and ladders.

This is a Base Salary Commission position and includes a company vehicle for business use. Starting compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
