- Service and maintain equipment to ensure 100% customer happiness.
- Perform Customer Services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment and field installations of applicable products.
- Calibrate customer equipment according to specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Participate in training as needed to improve knowledge base.
- Provide support to engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
- Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
- Mechanically / Electrically proficient
- Pipe brazing and soldering skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- EPA Certification Preferred
Essential Functions of the job :
- Engages well with all customers, internal and external.
- Sets high standards in work ethic and highly self-motivated
- Travel to local customer sites to evaluate customer needs and / or perform installs.
- Basic digital literacy with ability to learn service procedures and software tools
- Prepare online reports and communicate progress with customers, both verbally and written
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 25 lbs independently on a weekly basis
