How will you make an impact?
This position of Program Manager for Digital Technologies - Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) plays a critical role in supporting one of the largest programs in the history of the Customer Channels Group. In this collaborative business facing role, the Program Manager will work closely with product manager(s), business sponsors and product owner(s) to help deliver the product roadmap. This individual would support solutioning and delivery of new capabilities as part of Digital Front Office and Tech '23 program.
The job entails...
This individual supports the process from ensuring priorities are aligned with business leaders to solutioning for the Digital Front Office. This would require you to develop a deep understanding of the customer service, sales rep and customer needs to define value proposition on Digital Front Office capabilities. Some key facets of this role include:
- Partnering with the Business Sponsor, Business Product Manager(s) and Product Owner(s) to successfully meet business needs and generate value at each release.
- Collaborating with technical leaders and Solution Architects to deliver new capabilities.
- Collaborating with the business analysts, product owners, and release train engineers to support solutions that will deliver business capabilities in an Agile / Scrum model.
- Ensuring milestones, staffing plans, risks/issues are managed and captured in the enterprise Project/Portfolio Management system (Planview).
How will you get here?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management: CAPM or PMP preferred.
- Training or certification in SAFe agile framework, desirable.
Experience
- 1 year of professional work experience
- Experience with SDLC and software development.
- Experience using SAFe agile framework.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work and connect with various levels
- of the organization.
- Career path shows evidence of strong passion for end-to-end processes.
- Experienced translator of business and IT requirements with ability to be realistic / iterative.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Adept mediator and solution finder applying strong listening and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits a demeanor to move forward and ability to prioritize efforts.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Excellent written communication skills to authoritatively clarify governance topics.
- Good understanding of agile framework with the knack of working in a dynamic fast paced environment!
