We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate and Party Manager. This role involves providing exceptional service to our retail customers while also overseeing and coordinating memorable birthday parties for children and adults. As a Retail Associate and Birthday Party Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for both retail customers and party attendees, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a well-organized and enjoyable party environment.
Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail area.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Assist with pricing, promotions, and displays to optimize sales.
Birthday Party Management:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of birthday parties, including planning, setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Interact with customers to understand their party requirements and preferences.
- Offer guidance and suggestions on party themes, activities, and packages.
- Schedule and book party reservations, ensuring proper coordination with customers and staff.
- Prepare party rooms, decorations, and supplies based on the chosen theme.
- Facilitate party activities, such as games, crafts, entertainment, and food service.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of party guests at all times.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues during parties.
- Collaborate with the retail team to promote and upsell party packages and related merchandise.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
