What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Marketing Merchandiser - Kering Eyewear position at ThirdChannel?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Identify any visual marketing callouts or concerns, while cultivating meaningful and purposeful relationships with office teams
- Take photos of all Kering brand displays or images in the window and any fixtures
- Submit visit surveys, including photos of competitors in relation to the location of Kering displays, using the ThirdChannel app on your smartphone
- Create and commit to a monthly cadence of 2hr long optician office visits in your market occurring between the hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday thru Friday. You must be comfortable calling to schedule your visits
- Attend video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have visual marketing experience. Eyewear merchandising experience a plus
- Communication, active listening and empathy are key. You must be articulate and friendly with the ability to create trust and rapport with optical office owners and associates
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously, including scheduling office visits
- A passion and authenticity for luxury eyewear brands such as Gucci, Cartier and more, is a plus
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position
- Starting at $25/hour travel incentive- location and prior experience dependent
- Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with optical office management
