Description

- Experience with high-touch customer service environments ,
- c reativity and plate presentation skills a must , s cratch made cooking experience ,
- h igh volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable ,
- p rep and knife skills are preferred, m ust be able to Sautee, work oven, slicers and rational ovens, b e able to keep your station clean and maintained,
- f ood handlers Permit is required
- The candidate will need to help keep each stations concept stocked for the meal period.
- You must be able to follow recipe standards, knife skills and safety, have a valid food handlers permit, clean as you go, work with speed, accuracy and know how to prioritize tasks.
- Be a team player and assist co-workers when in high volume. Qualifications / Duties :
Duties will include running the deli slicing meats, making sandwiches, salads, pizza or serving a full meal
Position is full time with benefits, meal while you work,
Excellent Customer Service, be able to muli-task when needed
