We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to contribute to our team and support our current culinary staff at our Estate Winery in the heart of Russian River Valley AVA in Healdsburg, CA. We value both creativity and collaboration in our culinary program, always aiming to provide the best food and wine pairing experiences for our guests. Our goal is to provide excellent dishes to compliment and highlight our Estate Wines.
We offer daily food and wine pairings, occasional lunches in the vineyard for our Wine Safari experiences, wine paired brunches as well as wine paired dinners. We do a little bit of everything at TGE, and our ideal candidate will enjoy the creative freedom and standards of excellence that we value and uphold here.
This job will consist of daily preparation of small bites for the Tasting Room and pairing experiences that can be served in our Wine Cave or our Picnic Area, and occasionally we’ll have special events or meals in the Vineyard above the Winery and Tasting Room. An openness to some mobility is required for this position.

Culinary Lead for Estate Winery
Hourly: DOE

Full-time
Hours: Thursday-Monday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm weekly (30 minute lunch break) with the possibility of extra hours for dinners and events

Qualifications:
· Experience: Culinary Experience 5 years (preferred)
· Culinary Degree or Equivalent Experience
· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Hospitality Experience (preferred)
· Passion for providing the highest level of hospitality and standards of excellence to our guests through food and culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
· Help create menus for our elevated experiences and events
· Communication and Leadership skills
· Create and meet budgets for recipes and dishes
· Handle monthly inventory of equipment and supplies
· Uphold a clean workspace and sanitation program in accordance with health codes
· Plant and maintain estate vegetable gardens
