JOB SUMMARY |
- Ensures appropriate delivery of psychiatric services for clients in the Behavioral Health Services from admission through discharge by providing: individual, family and group therapy; case management to include development of a Master Treatment Plan and Discharge Plan; diagnosis, assessment and evaluation. Serves as a member of the intra-disciplinary treatment team and provides direct delivery of services for assigned patients. Provides individual and group therapy services.

EDUCATION |
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Clinical Psychology and currently enrolled in Master's program for degree's listed.
- Initial and continuing education as listed in educational guidelines to maintain active licensure.
