About the Role:
As an Audiovisual Installation Technician at Thompson Electronics Company, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of audiovisual projects. From planning and coordination to installation and client communication, you will ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Work on the installation of small, medium, and large-scale audiovisual projects.
- Technical Expertise: Install, program, tune, and calibrate audiovisual systems to meet client specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation and installation processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in audiovisual installation is preferred.
- Certifications: AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Skills: Familiarity with QSC/Crestron programming and IT skills are beneficial but not required.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate and join the local IBEW Union if not already a member.
