Contracts Specialist
Description
Candidate will serve as an acquisition analyst providing acquisition planning, Statement of Works (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, sole source justifications, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), and Determination and Findings (D&F) for large IDIQ contracts. Candidate must be willing to learn new things, take on other duties as assigned, and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to share opinion(s) in a collaborative and constructive manner.
- Must be experience in Contract Requirements Packages (CRP) such as developing Performing Work Statements (PWS), acquisition plans, data requirements, sole source justifications, independent government estimates, market research reports, service and supply contract approvals, DD-254 Contract security classification specifications, special contract language, and evaluation criteria for large IDIQ contracts.
- Assure packages comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), and other local regulation and policies.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
- Review, comment, and provide feedback on reports, data deliverables and contractor performance in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract.
- Provide technical advice concerning contract regulations.
- Coordinate with technical POCs on delivery requirements, quality assurance and special provisions.
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
- Degree in related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience directly related to building and coordinating Service and Supply Contract
