Stevedore bakery will emphasis on fresh baked bread made from local and organic grains, house made baked goods and small bites for casual dining with food to go. The space will be an open kitchen style allowing seamless views between the café and the outdoors.

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively, give clear direction, and take feedback
- Develop and implement creative menu items that represent our brand and standards
- Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
- May manage other key culinary leadership rolls including supervisor and other less senior Sous Chefs
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality and consistency on a daily basis
- Passion for a community and culture that supports sustainability and a local network of purveyors

- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
