We are seeking a dynamic Marketer to join our Global Print marketing team that supports our Legal and Tax businesses in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. In this role, you will leverage innovative digital marketing tactics like email and digital paid media with a focus on planning and executing integrated, multi-channel digital marketing plans that fulfill marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with your teammates and internal partners, and play a central part in building customer centric, digitally driven campaigns to reach our marketing goals.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Marketer, you will:
- Strategically develop, implement and project manage digital marketing campaigns that align with quarterly business priorities driving online estore sales through email, paid search, paid display and paid social media channels.
- Develop campaign marketing content; email, website, ad copy, product positioning, social media copy, and other product-oriented marketing information.
- Draft creative and project briefs for new projects and initiatives with all campaign details including target audience segmentation and persona information, copy/messaging, and timing to manage projects with partners like the creative studio, email automation team, digital paid media team, business segment partners like the product team, and more.
- Regularly, track, analyze, report campaign/tactic performance by pulling Adobe Analytics and Tableau reporting to provide optimization recommendations - creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to partners.
- Conduct AB tests across multiple digital marketing campaigns and tactics to improve KPI’s and performance.
- With a positive ‘can do’ attitude, regularly bring forward best practices, new digital marketing trends and industry insights to enhance campaigns, marketing strategies/plans and drive estore sales.
- Actively participate in team and cross-functional go-to-market meetings.
- Manage campaign spend against budget.
About You
You could be a fit for the role of Marketer if your background includes:
- BA, BS degree (in marketing field preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years’ marketing or related experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital B2C campaign planning, project management execution, and data analysis skills leveraging Adobe analytics
- Customer-first growth and development mindset that uses creativity and marketing experience to develop new, more effective, and efficient marketing approaches
- Proficient in web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, adaptable to change
- Team player, collaborative
