Client Project Coordinator - Associate


Description:


The Associate Project Coordinator Associate works closely with the fulfillment teams to develop and support customer websites and other online marketing products.


In this role you will assist in coordinating all project phases between the client, internal resources, sales & support staff. This includes schedule attainment and effective customer communication. The Associate Client Project Coordinator assists the team in reaching customer goals with the development of their products, and directly impacts customer.


Job Requirements:


  • Project Focus - Work with the fulfillment teams to keep projects within duration regarding objectives, timeline, priorities, and risks.
  • Call Scheduling - Schedule phone interviews with clients and team, within expected durations to keep projects on a forward momentum.
  • Professional Communication - Communicate in a focused, businesslike manner, and within context. Adapting work and communication style to diverse client groups, both internal and external.
  • On Time Delivery - Assist in the on-time delivery of all projects.
  • Documentation & Correspondence - Responsible for project documentation, and maintaining client correspondence for posterity. Provide timely updates on project status.
  • Project Quality - Based on metrics established, responsible for overall quality of project. Influence others in project team to provide high level of quality and efficiency, keeping projects on time and delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Client Satisfaction - Assist in building a sense of trust and credibility from the start of a project to completion.


Tasks:

  • Client Call Scheduling (Not Cold Calling)
  • Website edits using WordPress, including rectifying defects
  • Fulfill or assist in fulfillment of online marketing products such as attorney profiles, social media profiles, call tracking products, web chat products etc.
  • Complete tasks as assigned in Wrike
  • Review of websites for adherence to best practices
  • Review of fulfillment team completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Keep accurate time tracking at project level

  • Ability to work directly with the clients and internal teams
  • Microsoft Office
  • Design for digital accessibility knowledge preferred
