Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform diagnostics and identify issues with electronic systems
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist with repairs
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Conduct routine maintenance on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment status
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Familiarity with mechanical components and basic mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues
- Understanding of low voltage systems and electrical safety procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
