JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is based near DFW Airport and is a leader in their industry. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. Are you organized, customer service oriented, and enjoy collaborating with a team? This would be the perfect opportunity to join a reputable company in the DFW area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answer main phone line, direct calls and greet clients in a professional manner.

· Support with the contract process including scanning and initiating contracts, tracking credit memos and help with mailings.

· Daily and weekly reporting of transactions activities to management.

· Assorted other sales and administrative duties as needed.

· Work on special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· 2-5 years’ experience in customer service

· One year experience as receptionist and/or involvement in Customer Service industry.

· Multi-phone line or extensive telephone usage experience

· Proactive initiative in treatment of customer service support concerns

· Excellent PC skills including Internet and Microsoft Office

· Lively interpersonal skills and multi-task oriented

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High School Diploma required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dallas, TX 75261: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
