JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer main phone line, direct calls and greet clients in a professional manner.
· Support with the contract process including scanning and initiating contracts, tracking credit memos and help with mailings.
· Daily and weekly reporting of transactions activities to management.
· Assorted other sales and administrative duties as needed.
· Work on special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· 2-5 years’ experience in customer service
· One year experience as receptionist and/or involvement in Customer Service industry.
· Multi-phone line or extensive telephone usage experience
· Proactive initiative in treatment of customer service support concerns
· Excellent PC skills including Internet and Microsoft Office
· Lively interpersonal skills and multi-task oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High School Diploma required.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
