The key purpose is directly to support the Office Manager in seasonal functions.
The Office Assistant’s duties and responsibilities include providing office support to ensure the efficient operation of the 3RWC office. This role supports the organization through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and high level data entry.
The Office Assistant should communicate effectively via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and promptly. The Office Assistant should have proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers, and various programs including Word, Outlook, Quickbooks, and Excel.
**This is a seasonal position from October to the begging of December**
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
