We have an exciting opportunity for a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team at Terrace Station Apartments!
This is a brand new 258-unit lease-up community, located right off of I-5. The property will also include several large retail spaces in a beautiful mid-rise building. These modern homes feature high end finishes and unique and exciting amenities. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in joining a great team at Thrive!
Schedule: Full-time; Friday - Tuesday
Groundskeeper Salary and Benefits:
- $20/hour
- $75 lease renewal commission (split between entire onsite team)
- Medical insurance covered at 100% for non-tobacco users, 80% covered for tobacco users

Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees keeping the grounds and common areas clean and neat
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, as necessary
- Clean and stock restrooms, as needed
- Notify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Inspects and helps prepare units after move-out and before move-in
- Contributes to a positive team environment and commits to Thrive's values
- Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists maintenance team, as needed
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeper, porter, custodial, or groundskeeper experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Weekends required
- Attention to detail required
- Strong team player with the willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects

Background Check & Drug Screen Policy
