What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMFT Resident in Counseling position at Thriveworks?
Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing Virginia State Licensure as a LMFT in McLean, VA. Preferred candidates have an interest in working in a private practice setting. Residents at Thriveworks receive supervision from some of the top Licensed Mental Health Professionals in the country. Thriveworks is dedicated to helping and empowering clinicians to succeed, so they can focus on client care.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Resident in LMFT in VA with a 60 credit hour program
- Must have VA applicable license
- Must be registered with the board as an approved Resident, if applicable
- Must have passed applicable VA requirement exams
- Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
- Full-time availability required
Compensation: Up to $71,200
