Your responsibilitiesThe Operational Excellence Co-op will play a key role in supporting the improvement of operational efficiency at Bilstein. This individual will support and lead continuous improvement workshops such as SMED, Kaizen, and 6S. This individual will also need to work in collaboration with manufacturing engineers, operators on the shop floor, and other leaders within the organization.
This position will work on continuous improvement project(s) to improve the overall performance of a manufacturing line using OPX tools (SMED, KAIZEN). Results will be presented to the management team at the semester-ly co-op report and on the shop floor through a project board.
