Senior Project Manager Retirement, Marketing & Digital Client Technology has a critical role for a Sr. Project Manager (PM) to achieve success in our change management efforts. This opportunity is within our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) organization where we drive the “vision-to-value” realization strategy and plan. This Project Management role will be responsible for organizing and implementing multiple projects from idea though successful execution. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing and implementing project management plans as well as providing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including metrics for continuous improvement. Successful candidates will thrive in an exciting, fast-paced, and future-forward team environment. The ideal PM will enable the success of our change management by supporting projects in four key areas: leadership collaboration, high performance connections, innovation, and upskilling. The PM will work closely with senior technology and agile leaders, front line management, associates and various corporate groups to ensure that changes are executed effectively to realize our objectives. The PM should have a proven track record of successfully implementing measurable change-oriented projects in an agile-practicing technology organization. Strong organizational skills along with interpersonal influence competencies are vital. Key Responsibilities and Duties Organizing and planning: Developing and implementing project plans, managing schedules, and ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables. Proactively preventing issues by anticipating roadblocks and resistance as well as adapting the plan to achieve success. Stakeholder management: Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and effectively communicating to ensure project success. Coaching and empowering leaders and teams through hands on engagement in the change projects. The PM will also support change through effective knowledge sharing mediums. Continuously learning and improving: Evaluating and improving project processes, problem solving, risk mitigation, and practices to enhance project delivery and results. This PM will be monitoring progress by gathering data through surveys and systems, followed by analysis to drive project improvements. Execution of project goals: Successfully delivering short- and long-term projects that meet or exceed business goals and objectives. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 7IC Required: 3 yrs of Project Management experience Understanding of change management principles and methodologies experience preferred. Experience collaborating with technology teams that operating in agile operation model preferred. 3 yrs developing timelines, roadmaps, resource dependencies. Desired: Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change projects. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Growth mindset with strong drive to learn and improve. Motivated to contribute to a cross-functional team with diverse roles – leaders, managers, engineers, analysts, etc. Ability to think strategically, operate tactically, be action-oriented, and results-oriented. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong competencies in work breakdown, prioritization, critical pathing across multiple projects. Base Pay Range: $89,600/yr. - $149,400/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
