What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Manager position at Tiara RV Sales?
Tiara RV Sales, Inc is searching for an Office Managers to help build, develop and motivate their team to provide an excellent experience for our customers and connect them with the products and that fulfill their part needs. Office Manager oversee office operations, ensure team accountability to policies and procedures, and develop and lead sales strategies to gain and retain customers.
Responsibilities
· Managing 10-15 Person Staff
· Create or develop office policies/procedures and organize orientation or training of new staff
· Training New Employees on multiple databases
· Monitor All Incoming Calls and Emails to Ensure All Are Answered in a Timely Manner
· Resolving Employee Issues
· Handling Customer Issues or Complaints
· Backing up Customer Service by assisting with phones, emails, data entry, shipment tracking and using multiple websites
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years or more of office management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
