Job Summary:

Assured Solar Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join the team. With 18 years serving the state of Maine, we provide a tenured team of solar installation professionals for local on and off-grid solar needs. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and increased sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
  • Reach out to sales leads and current customers for highest customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales leads and conduct sales calls
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments
  • Manage main office Excel spreadsheets for current projects and new projects
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Enter new inquiries into the system accurately
  • File and organize documents both physically and electronically
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an Office Administrative role
  • 2 or more years of Excel experience
  • Residential and Commercial service sales experience is a plus
  • Contract drafting skills are a plus
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Desire to learn Solar Design skills and design software (ex. Adobe, CAD Design, Aurora Design)
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
