Solar Installer

Devlin Solar is seeking applicants to install residential and commercial solar systems. We will train the right candidates!

What we're looking for:

• 1 year of Solar Installation experience
• Some roofing and/or construction experience
• Ability to operate power tools
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and conduit running
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and performance
• OSHA 10
• Measure and report all required data daily to account for project materials, labor hours / compensation, and profitability
• Report daily to Project Manager or Foreman
• Do it right the first time!
• When not done correctly, promptly report it, learn from it, share learning with others, and correct the problem
• Obtain required certifications if necessary

Regular shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited weekend/on-call work.

Location & Travel: This position will be based in Rockland, MA with required travel to job sites including New Hampshire, Connecticut and around the state of Massachusetts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Solar Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
