Data Entry Clerk
Third party administrator of multi-employer health and pension funds is seeking a Data Entry Clerk.
The qualified candidate will work with fund attorneys and auditors to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner. Successful candidate will make bank transfers on behalf of Funds, perform account reconciliations, and process detailed reports for unions, business agents, fund attorneys and auditors. Position entails attending Collection Committee Meetings and providing customer service to participants, employers, clients, etc.
Qualified candidate must be a team player with strong communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel. Requires a minimum of 50 wpm typing speed and 10 key experience. Must have the ability to work with a wide variety of people while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
College level educational preparation in a relevant field of study such as Accounting, Actuarial Sciences, Finance or Business Administration is desirable.
