Work Schedule: Must be able to work weekends, holidays, morning and evening shifts based on business needs.
POSITION SUMMARY
Greets customers in a friendly professional manner and rings retail items into the POS or takes food orders using the Food based POS system. Accurately takes orders, records transactions with accurate payment methods and change. Upsells guest by asking additional buying or side item questions. Reports to work in clean uniform and meets company appearance and grooming standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Report to duty on time, well-groomed and in proper uniform.
- Prep food items per verbal and charted instructions wearing proper PPE and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep work area neat, clean, sanitized and organized.
- Maintain all refrigerator temperature logs , throughout the day, and at the close of the day.
- Prep in advance where possible: morning shift for evening shift, evening shift for breakfast shift.
- Pull all frozen product ahead of time for proper cooling procedures.
- Responsible for waste control and assisting with maintaining a weekly condemned sheet.
- Stock condiments, napkins, cups lids, plates, food etc. with back up & under stock.
- Make sure all food product is labeled, dated, and rotated (FIFO) First In First Out.
- Perform any other duties that may be required or directed by Management.
- Follow all Environmental and OSHA Safety policies and procedures.
