Fulltime Marketing Position, Direct report to CEO, 25-50% travel required (ability to travel and conduct marketing events/strategies in all 4 of our Operating areas). Based out of Alton, IL and Ballwin, MO offices with Hybrid remote work, and frequent travel in and around Ballwin, MO.

Tide Cleaners is looking for a qualified Marketing specialist that can commit to the following:
- Creating and deploying marketing campaigns to grow the business. Time in store is required along with overtaking an ambassador role with local community and business
- Learning and growing the local routes by deploying bag drops, door hangers, solicitation, etc.
- Connecting with the leadership teams to grow their thoughts and ideas in each respective market to increase business and customer base
- Attending all local chamber functions and events in Ballwin and also doing this as needed in other markets when the time is right.
- Creating and executing annual customer appreciation events in each market.
- Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly Coupon analysis. Create, modify, maintain, and order advertising/coupons for each applicable market.
- Must demonstrate computer and technological savviness on a daily basis through email, phone, database, and social networking.
Additional duties may include but are not limited to:
Building customer base, delivery routes, building creative, electronic communication with current guests and future guests. Customer issue resolution, event planning and coordination/execution. Top customer rewards, lost customer discoveries, etc

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
