Tide Cleaners is looking for an Experienced [HANDS-ON] Shop Leader for our Birmingham, MI location. Store#97.
Dry-cleaning experience is not required.
Job Description and Duties are vast but are not limited to the following:
- Day to day: open and close store, supervise employees, fill in at cleaning, spotting and/or pressing as necessary, equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Create and maintain Guest-centric culture, exceeding expectations through exceptional personal attention to guests and their garments.
- Hands-on training and monitoring of best-in-class operational and GSR service teams that consistently meet or exceed Company defined goals.
- Strong customer service skills, cash handling, time management skills are a requirement for this position. Dry cleaning experience is not required but encouraged.
- Greet and assist all walk-in/ drive-up Guests
- Lead Staff to increase Guest Satisfaction, maximize profits, and provide staff with the tools they require to do their jobs.
- Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
- Serve as primary liaison with Guests
- Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment
- Mark-In incoming Guest orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces, and input information into the computerized register
- Must have the ability to multi-task with open availabilty.
- Able to maintain standards and uphold policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
