AVR is a gorgeous family guest ranch located just south of Rocky Mountain National Park. www.arapahovalleyranch.com. AVR is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to join our small team. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and can help with one or all of the following duties: helping with the store and guest check-in, filling in for the Guest Service Manager on days off, bartending at the Red Dog Saloon on Friday and Saturday nights.

This position would be 40 hours/week working four, 10 hour days.

REQUIREMENTS

As a guest service assistant, you must be hard-working, reliable, and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You must also be highly organized and detail oriented.

• Clean driving record, current driver’s license
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Ability to work in high altitude. We are in the mountains at 8,200 feet elevation.
• Computer skills, marketing and social media experience a plus.
• Outgoing, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
• Positive and proactive approach to teamwork and working with others.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
• Work in a safe and responsible manner always.
• Flexible when it comes to the needs of the Ranch.
• Able nights, weekends, and holidays.
