As an Agency Recruiter you will have the ability to; recruit, source, and connect AEC professionals with top AEC firms throughout the nation.
Fully remote role, with semi-annual team visits / retreats.
What You Need for this Position
- Have 1 years of Sales / Business Development / Recruiting experience
- Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
- BS / BA in Business, Construction, or Similar is Preferred. (Not required)
- Eager to build a career, not just find another job .
- Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
- Outside-the-box thinker
- Sales and money-motivated individual
