Tiello has partnered with a Commercial Security and Fire Safety Integrator in the industrial and commercial space located in the Cleveland area.
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Representative to help expand the operations.
Job Title : Sales Representative (Commercial Security and Fire Alarm Systems)
Project Types : Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial bid market (general contractors, developers) and end user market (business owners, property managers, etc.).
- Monitor bid boards, RFPs, and industry publications for project opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and specifiers to influence system design.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Knowledge of commercial fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with bid market processes, including working with general contractors and developers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and RFPs.
