They are seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our downtown Atlanta, GA team. This unique role offers a balance of three in-office days, coordinated with the business owner, and two remote workdays. As the Office Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of administrative, financial, and HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your close collaboration with the business owner and other key stakeholders will involve handling sensitive systems and information with the utmost trust and integrity.
This position is ideal for thorough, highly organized, and detail-oriented individuals. You should be proactive, adept with numbers, and comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and precision will be crucial in supporting the business owner and our team:
- Manage and oversee administrative, financial, and HR tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Work with our team to support projects and internal operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Coordinate with external vendors.
- Handle general administration.
- Ensure state and federal compliance.
- Manage equipment assets.
- Support audit and insurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High level of trustworthiness and integrity, with experience handling sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
- A degree or certification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. High School Diploma required.
