Internship Duration: June 2023 - August 2023
Summary:
Provides administrative support to the HR Manager on various personnel matters including, but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. This position will also support Office Services.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or working towards Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or similar degree.

- Computer literate, prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit schedule phone screens, interviews, gather feedback, perform reference checks, and attend career fairs.
- Coordinate and support ongoing HR initiatives and events
- Provide HR support by answering employee requests and questions
- Assist HR Manager with New Hire Orientations and trainings
- Participate in agency staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
- General administrative duties filing, collecting/processing paperwork, making copies, etc.
- Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or special projects
- May be asked to help with facilities requests, as needed ie mailroom, setting up conference rooms for meetings, covering the reception desk, etc.
