What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Experience Director - Landmark, NYC position at Tiffany?

The Client Experience Director is responsible for all client touchpoints in the Landmark. This person will have oversight of all aspects of the Tiffany client’s experience while they are in the Landmark. Responsibilities include client hospitality, Ambassador and Concierge team management, as well as upholding Tiffany standards of luxury. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build upon current Tiffany standards for client engagement prior to and during selling ceremony
  • Organize client activations with partnership of Client Relations & Retail Teams
  • Partner with Client Relations Director on top client activations and experiences
  • Develop relationships with existing and new vendors to support the client experience
  • Identify opportunities in service and hospitality standards as it applies to all client touch points 
  • Identify opportunities in Client Experience and Engagement in tandem with Client Relations Director
  • Work with Corporate teams, Client Relations Director, and VP of Flagship Operations to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures within the Flagship
  • Streamline and oversee day-to-day processes and procedures related to client experience
  • Responsibility for P&L of Client Engagement budget
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with local restaurants and hotels

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Luxury Hospitality management
  • Experience in vendor management and food & beverage management
  • Flexible schedule as needed to accomplish immediate tasks
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Experience in luxury retail and/or fine jewelry strongly preferred

The hiring range for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000 yearly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
