Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate a variety of different sewing machines as required.
• Perform simple adjustments and preventative maintenance on sewing equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols.
• Maintain a high level of quality per our internal & external customer requirements.
• Ability to work with a team to communicate and follow instructions to execute simple and multistep sewing requirements.
• Check the quality of sewn pieces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the day.
• Organize and identify the need for requisition of sewing supplies.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Meet production standards.
• Participation in the initial training period. Details to be provided.
• Training as required beyond the initial training period.
• Is a team player, recognizing the interaction of all production activities and working with other staff members as needed, to complete all orders.
• Ability to learn and retain sewing processes for various TigerTough products.

General Requirements:

• Great attention to detail
• Ability to operate a sewing machine - training may be required
• Willingness to find and change the way things are done to be more efficient
• Willingness to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime when required - including days longer than 10 hours and additional days.
• Willingness to act quickly on requests and changes from the General Sewing Lead
• Stellar attendance and punctuality are essential
• Willingness to treat co-workers with dignity and respect

Physical requirements:

• Regularly spend long hours sitting
• Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
• Regularly work on repetitive tasks
• Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
• Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
• Regularly understand the speech of another person
• Occasionally lift 5-20 pounds
