As a Customer Care Representative at Tilson Homes, you'll work alongside our Customer Care Technicians to bring our clients home up to standard. Your role will be vital in providing exceptional service and support throughout the warranty coverage period.
Requirements
- Answer a high volume of homeowner calls and emails with patience and efficiency.
- Determine the action to be taken for each call and email.
- Input pertinent information into a computerized database generating service requests.
- Effectively communicate information to field and office personnel, providing information from homeowner files.
- Scheduling service appointments for Customer Care Technicians.
- Assist Customer Care Technician with scheduling of subcontractors.
- Assisting Customer Care Technicians with tracking parts and material orders
Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience in the homebuilding industry preferred. You should have at least 1-2 years of administrative experience and at least 2-3 years of customer service experience is required.
