Position Details Responsibilities: Review information from a variety of sources, including client systems, construction drawings, and various trackers for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with internal and external groups on projects status Maintain internal data system and keep information accurate and up to date Maintain orderly records of all documents Communicate potential issues and solutions to team members in a timely manner Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations Produce regular reports on key activities Identifies and resolves issues that jeopardize project success. Qualifications: 3 years related work experience Familiarity with telecommunications industry, engineering, or real estate Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through to completion Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel Proficiency with AT&T systems: File Track/File Net Strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communications Ability to interact, partner, and influence internal and external customers, as well as various levels of management Highly organized, team player, growth mindset We accomplish our mission with a team of experts working collaboratively on meaningful, impactful projects for our clients.
