RN/LPN Charge Nurse Evening Shift 3-11PM

Experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) Needed!!

We are looking for an experienced Charge Nurse to join our team of professionals in a long-term care facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics, a passion for providing quality care, and a commitment to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other nurses and nursing assistants.
• Ensure that all nursing staff is following the standards of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals about patient care.
• Document patient information in accordance with legal requirements.
• EVENING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Arkansas.
