Timberlane, Inc. currently has an opening available for a Business Development Rep to join our Inside Sales Team!
In this role, you have the opportunity to work directly with a high-performance Sales team and make a direct contribution towards current initiatives!.

Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in Sales training to learn and gain experience using proven sales techniques that you can utilize throughout your career.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, chat and email.
- Utilize Salesforce, CRM platform, to document activities and notes.
- Assist the Sales department in various activities to support the growing customer pipelines.
- Learn about Timberlane's products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Must radiate positive energy and bring your "A Game" every day
- Must be coachable, desire to learn career skills and be open to new ideas and feedback
- 1 year outbound tele-sales experience preferred
- Construction, Carpentry and/or Building Products knowledge a plus, but not required
- Experience using Microsoft Office products required
- Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
