Typical Responsibilities:
Our Service Desk Technicians assist our clients with day-to-day issues which means:
- Onsite and remote workstation management for a variety of clients, across a range of industries.
- Setup, prep, and deploy images to computers
- Troubleshoots applications and operating system issues and make recommendations for prevention
- Basic voice over IP support.
We work as a unified team, so in addition to supporting client’s needs, you'll also be helping and mentoring your colleagues and they'll be helping and mentoring you!
Our Service Desk Technicians are expected to work as a team to develop best practices, test new technology, and document standard procedures for common types of service requests.
Also, the ideal candidate will not settle for the status quo. After learning how we operate, this person should challenge us to find new and effective ways of serving our clients and team, and be willing to help implement those ideas.

- Ability to change tasks rapidly: As a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans
- Ability to stay organized and follow through to completion, with a high level of accuracy
- A willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills
- CompTIA A within first 120 days of hire
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years of experience with Microsoft Windows environments
- 1 years of basic troubleshooting
- 1 years of basic network experience, including setting up basic firewalls or switches
- 1 years of Office 365 and/or Azure experience

Compensation: $38,000-$54,000 depending on certifications
